Communication with potential clients
If you have questions about the site or want to hear more about the services, you can get in touch via the contact form. Through this, your personal data is processed so a dialogue can be started with you – for example, by answering questions about talks or workshops. Only the information you provide yourself is processed.
The following ordinary information is typically processed: name, email, phone number, organisation and the wishes you describe.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The communication is deleted once it is clear whether you want the services or not.
Clients
To ensure the service is delivered correctly, communication takes place with clients. Through this, information is processed on name, address, services, special agreements, payment details and similar.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters are closed, the personal data is deleted.
Bookkeeping
Invoices and similar records are kept in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. These may contain ordinary personal data such as name, address and a description of the service.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
This information is kept for at least 5 years after the current financial year has ended.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
