Martin Erichsen’s talk has plenty of good points, great energy and real entertainment value. It was a rewarding talk at a great seminar. My colleagues have grown fond of the phrase “I’m gorgeous!”

Natalie Andersen, Chemist

Martin was a big success. The message — that spontaneous joy has a positive effect on both teamwork and happiness at work — reached everyone. We’ve used applause and high-fives ever since to celebrate our wins. The cake-eating, though, we haven’t quite let go of.

Karin Vilstrup Johansen, Assistant

Martin connects with everyone. The entertainment value is high, and at the same time there’s plenty of food for thought. A talk about happiness at work that absolutely helped make our event a great success.

Eva Lund Holbek, Senior VP Assistant

Martin Erichsen has been a valuable investment on several levels: we’ve become aware that laughter is an important tool in our professional relationships; we’ve strengthened our department socially through a strong, positive experience; and we’ve had a real shot of energy that gives us the surplus to create room for a good laugh every day.

Lars Andreasen, Manager
Lego Company

There were mixed feelings in the department before the event – some thought: “A laughter course, how ridiculous, do I really have to spend my precious time on something like that?” But we all left with our hands in the air, aching laughter muscles and plenty of good, positive energy for the rest of the day — and not least with the message that a positive attitude starts inside me, and that it’s something you decide on every day. Am I going to be grumpy or happy today?

We followed up on the course the next day – everyone had had a good experience, and we agreed to remember to use some of the tools we took from the workshop in our everyday work, and to remember to celebrate the small wins together, because they help build strong togetherness in the department.

I can only recommend getting to know Martin to experience the forces that are genuinely released when laughter is let loose.

For any organisation, laughter and humour are central. People who can laugh together will always share the same chemistry — and that’s where good teamwork springs from.

It seems logical that, in the future, companies will have to engage more actively with humour and laughter. That makes Martin Erichsen’s slightly unconventional focus very relevant.

I can only recommend getting to know Martin to experience the forces that are genuinely released when laughter is let loose. I’m quite sure it will be of great value to any organisation.

62 people had signed up for Martin’s highly inspiring workshop on effective teamwork. A workshop that has made it easier to approach a colleague with a work problem — but that also gave us food for thought:

We tend to magnify a problem by focusing on it even more We need to learn to accept our differences — including our humour and our ways of being

If you’re not afraid to show a little of yourself, you get a lot for free. A person with humour is seen as more intelligent, friendlier and more likeable — and someone you can trust.

Give it a little thought :-)

There has been very positive feedback from the team and from the leaders after the 2-day workshop on teamwork that Martin Erichsen's consultant facilitated.

The fact that the consultant contacted me in advance to learn more on the team, the needs, and the expectations was very much appreciated and it was quite important for us that the facilitator tailored his program to our needs.

There was a good balance of the Thank God It Is Monday Soon introduction and the activities to get to know each other. The mixture of active and passive methods and the use of video clips to illustrate theory and principles worked quite well.

The way the team was dealt with was very much appreciated: leaving space for the team to explore the topics of interest, not imposing the things but proposing, trying to involve difficult participants in the session by referring to their areas of interest.

The consultant showed a lot of flexibility during the seminar and was able to adjust his planned program so that the group could deal with the issues that were important to them. The consultant left space for us to discuss some detailed issues even if he had to give up on some activities that he had planned. I think it was a very good thing to do.

Thank you for a very well planned workshop, I think your consultant did an extraordinary job!

Vestas, People & Culture is facing an exciting and challenging year, so it was important for us to get off to a good start with a big shared event focused on teamwork and on how we set goals and reach them. Martin is great at bringing everyone along — and he’s a credible, lively communicator.

It’s wonderful to be allowed to go all in — and to be together with your colleagues in a completely different and, at times, boundary-pushing way. The humour course gave us food for thought — and we got tools to be together differently in everyday life.

Martin’s talk on good teamwork created a great mood in no time — and set the frame for the rest of our day together.

If you’re looking for a wild, fun start to the programme or the department meeting — or you’ve set a whole day aside — Martin’s talk on good teamwork is definitely a strong choice.

Gathering 45 colleagues who work on very different things day to day is a bit like herding cats. So to start our day together, it was important to give everyone a shared experience that could also create a little distance from a busy everyday.

Martin’s talk on good teamwork created a great mood in no time — and set the frame for the rest of our day together. A memory I’m sure will last a long time, despite hectic days.

Martin built the programme so that, by the end, every participant was ready to walk on fire!

When you work with some of the best engineers, they don’t just join in the game because you walk through the door.

Martin Erichsen knows his craft. Light Your Team Fire didn’t just give us one success — but many. Martin built the programme so that, by the end, every participant was ready to walk on fire!

Good group dynamics, smiles on faces and warm feet. It was something everyone enjoyed and got something personal out of.

The two-hour talk “Thank goodness it’s almost Monday” with Martin Erichsen, which we ran for our employees — people who are used to change, as they switch projects regularly. They are also very results-oriented and focused on quality, time and resources.
