About Martin
Hi, I’m Martin
I’m deeply committed to showing teams what they’re really capable of together — when everyone focuses on what they can give each other, rather than worrying about what they can get. That simple shift is what makes the big difference.
What fascinates me most is that whether you’re on a party committee or at a G8 summit, it’s the same human dynamics that decide whether you thrive and deliver. Those dynamics can be learned, trained and improved — and that’s exactly what I help teams with.
When things go wrong
Disagreements that never quite get resolved. Decisions made too slowly. Meetings where the same frustrations come up again and again. It’s not a sign of a bad team — it’s a sign of a team that hasn’t yet spotted the patterns of behaviour holding it back.
From blame to shared insight
We’re often caught in patterns we can’t see ourselves. When we spot them together, we can stand side by side and look at them — rather than facing off and blaming each other. The human factor makes up 50% of a team’s total performance potential, and it’s precisely the half that few organisations work on systematically.
What teams achieve
Teams that work deliberately on their collaboration see real improvements in efficiency, engagement and decisiveness. But what really drives me is something more fundamental: watching a team go from holding back to contributing fully — because they trust each other and know what to do together.
It would be a pleasure to meet you.
