Martin Erichsen has given an interview about 5 typical signs of poor wellbeing to Perspektiv, the professional magazine of the Danish Union of Librarians.
“According to Martin Erichsen, there are five signs of poor wellbeing at a workplace. He calls it the staircase, because one step often leads to the next. An obvious place to sense the mood at a workplace is the meeting room. One of the first things that happens is that it goes quiet. Nobody dares voice their personal opinion, for fear of what the others might think and for fear of showing weakness. — It’s fundamental in every group that we have to feel safe enough to also show weakness — because nobody can do it all alone.”
The interview in Perspektiv comes out at the end of October.
